Natalie Yee
Natalie Yee is a sophomore in the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology program at the University of Pennsylvania studying finance, business analytics, and computer science as well as minoring in math and data science. At Penn, she serves as the VP of Corporate on the M&T Student Board, a project lead in the Wharton Undergraduate Consulting Club, and a tech, media, and telecom analyst in Wharton Asia Exchange. She also interned at an actuarial consulting firm the past two summers. Last summer, she also worked as a TA for the M&T Summer Institute which allowed her to give back to one of the most rewarding experiences she had as a participant of the program three years ago. In addition, she TAs an undergraduate systems engineering course at Penn and volunteers as a tutor in the West Philly area. Natalie is the founder and former president of All Girls Math Tournament. In her free time, she loves baking, traveling, and rooting for the Green Bay Packers.
Kasra Lekan
Kasra is a Jefferson Scholar at the University of Virginia currently pursuing a degree in Economics and Computer Science focusing on machine learning and its applications to financial markets. During his time at STEAM for All, Kasra was instrumental in leading numerous events including the annual benefit concert and the Thanksgiving Math Tournament. Currently, Kasra is a machine learning researcher at the University of Virginia.
Michelle Xu
Michelle is a current student at Stanford University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Michelle was a volunteer with STEAM for All for all four years of her high school career. Michelle has previously worked as software engineer at Facebook, an intern at Melissa Informatics, and is actively involved on campus as an economics peer advisor.
Michael Wu
Michael is a third-year student at Harvard University studying computer science. He's currently on leave leading Rem, a social impact startup that's in the early stages of growth. Previously, Michael also worked as a full stack web developer with the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Originally from the Irvine area and a former OCMC co-president, Michael is excited to come back to speak about his experiences with entrepreneurship to the STEAM for All community.
Sherry Xu
Sherry served as the president and co-founder of OC Science, and was instrumental in helping Orange County recognize the Orange County Science and Engineering Week. Sherry graduated from Troy High School in 2018 and is now a junior at Yale University, pursuing a double major in Earth & Planetary Sciences and Environmental Studies. At Yale, Sherry serves as an undergraduate research fellow in the Hull Lab, is the executive director of FOCUS on New Haven, and the editor-in-chief of Distilled Periodical.
